Click  icon on top toolbar.

FIRST METHOD:

Select fields, and input title and click Generate Prices

Then click Print Rates button:

Then click Print icon on toolbar and print to your PDF printer such as BullZip PDF Printer (it must be installed on your computer, if not download from members page on LimoWiz.com).

SECOND METHOD:

If you want to print the Rates from the Rates window as is, right click mouse on list and select Print Fields (you also export to Excel or CSV file format):

Select field from Print window and proceed…
