The data path to some files may still be pointing to the older server path and if the name of the sever changed in the process, this might lead to slow downs while Windows trying to search for the files especially on a network.
- Go to Settings, Email Terms tab and notice if there any files listed with the old path. Click Fix File Path, and see if they change.
- Go also into Report Terms tab and do the same.
- Go into Logos tab and verify the path of any files and update manually.
After changes are made, click Save.
