Create HTML Email Confirmation Text:

Note: do NOT modify the LimoWiz templates or select them in the Email Confirmation Message, Pre Trip Confirm or After Trip Completion "Thank You" messages. The HTML files you create should be saved in the LimoWiz2000 root folder as at explained below.  Template modification is only for advanced users only. Any modified templates are your responsibilty to maintain and keep backup copies of.  We suggest you do not use the ADVANCED USERS ONLY - CUSTOM TEMPLATES section.

Go into Settings and Click HTML Email Terms tab.

Then click the Save button on Setting window.

Send your email confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you select an Email Confirm Type on trip window, you confirmation email footer (terms & conditions section) will load your custom terms and condition based on the type you selected, and it also overrides  any generic email confirmation file setting you have on the main LimoWiz settings until the HTML Terms tab

If you want to use the same email confirmation for ALL email regardless, do not select an Email Confirm Type on trip window or delete them all from the list.

Trip Window:

So, if the highlighted dropdown above is blank, the file specified on the HTML Terms tab of the main LimoWiz settings is used, otherwise, dropdown list selection is use (if related file reference is found).
