Note: do not send many email at once from system without knowing the limit of your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

The email addresses are in different database tables depending on type of record such as account passenger, contact or trip.

On Account List and Passengers List windows:

See is Export Emails button.

Click Yes to export, then you will will be prompted with:

Note: for Microsoft Outlook, click No. 

On dispatch window:

Under the MailBox icon button at bottom right, there is Export Email Addresses option in the pop menu.

This options exports email addresses from the trips based alternate Email Field if specified or the Confirm Email Options such Account, Passenger, etc.
