How can I update the display settings under Windows 10?

Sometimes the text size setting is too large and this affects many programs. To correct, you need to change the size to 100%.

Right click the mouse on a blank area of desktop.

From pop menu select Display Settings.

Settings window will appear. Make sure slider is set to 100%.
