Vehicles (Cars) Setup

Click on the Vehicles button to add and edit vehicles. Here you provide the vehicle settings, etc.

Mileage figures are automatically updated when you settle a trip. See settling trips.

You can also enter vehicle maintenance information and generate a maintenance reports from Reports menu.

Cars can assigned to trips on dispatch window. Since each car may have an email address it can be emailed trip information to a mobile device that support two-way messaging.
