You have two Voucher billing options. You can set these in the LimoWiz Settings - Billing tab:
| 1. | Voucher billing by trip date. |
| 2. | Voucher billing by trip settle date. |
Use this option if you use trip vouchers from drivers and customers and you only want to bill your customers if and only if the drivers returned the voucher and you settled the trips,i.e, you settled trip on trip settle window and you filled the Settled By field.
If trips are not settled, they will not be billed and thus will not be printed..
