Setup - Options and User Preferences

User (Employee) password and log on setup:

The password setup is under the Tools menu.

Initially LimoWiz uses MASTER for log on name and PASSWORD for password.

We suggest you change the password immediately.

MASTER login name cannot be changed. If password is changed, please keep a record of it. We will have no way of knowing your password over the phone. So please remember it.

You can have more than 22 restrictions applied to each user. This covers most of the areas we think you may want to restrict. If a user chooses an option that he/she not authorized, a message is displayed asking him/her to see administrator.

Updating your company address and phone numbers:

When you run LimoWiz for the first time, you are asked to edit your company address and phone numbers. Once done, click on the Save button. You can also access this option by using the File menu, Company Address Setup option.

Minor name change like from LLC to INC can be done FREE as long as you are the sole registered user of LimoWiz and you are current with the maintenance and support plan. Major name change will invalidate the old company name and ID when new name is issued.
