Service Types Setup
You access this list from the Browse menu, Service Types and Hourly Rates.
Examples: (Note: PAX stands for passengers)

Each service type above will have its own hourly rate, waiting time and over time charge.
To achieve different rates for different services and vehicles types, click on the Service Types button.
Make sure you fill in the Add to Basic Rate field for service types other than SEDAN.
This amount is the difference between the SEDAN service and the service type being added.
For example:
The basic rate (price) for the trip zone (ROCKAWAY/JFK) is $50.00 and the Add to Basic Rate is 0.00 for SEDAN, the price will stay at $50.00. However, if a LIMO 6 PAX has $20.00 set in the Add Amount to Basic Rate, the the trip rate is adjusted and now becomes $70.00.

You may also define packages that have a preset (fixed) price which do not change by choosing a different Service Type. Starting with LimoWiz 5.0, each service type can have a minimum number of hours and amount; also you can set the gratuity for each for service type. If the account has a gratuity % on file, it overrides the service gratuity.
