Mailing Labels:

 

You can print mailing labels for accounts, passengers and drivers lists.
You have two options:

1.Add individual addresses in a Mail File, by clicking on Add Mail button or you can type the information manually.
2.Use all the listed records in the browse window of accounts, passengers and drivers. So you print mailing labels for everyone listed.
3.To print Labels:
Click on Label Report button, choose:
   A. Mailing File (prints records in mailing file) or B.  Use List (print all listed records)

 

If you want to limit the mailing labels to certain records that meet a particular criteria, for example, all account who live XYZ city, then you can use the Query before doing the mailing labels.

Mailing labels can be printed on Avery labels that are three across and ten down.

 

You must use Avery labels format #6231 or #5160
