Drivers Setup

Note: If you farm-out trips, add the farm-out driver or company as a driver. If another company farms-in a trip to you, add that company as an account and set Account Type as FARM-IN, so that you can bill them for any trips due / or send a commission due.

If you pay driver by commission, you have total control over how the commission is paid. You may setup the payroll option under the driver Payroll tab.

Setup Driver Payroll Settings:

From the driver window, you may add manual payroll entries. Manual Payroll can be used to add additional payroll to driver's payroll report. This is useful when two drivers perform one trip.

You may also store driver Pay History. There are three different payroll reports that you can print, see the Payroll Tab.

You can select a payroll report style for each driver, see Payroll Tab page. Some reports print in landscape format and have more details.
