Multi-Trip Payment

LimoWiz makes very easy to record payment for a whole invoice (with many trips) with a click of the mouse. You may also tag, i.e. select which trips are to be paid, then record payment. You may make partial payments and make adjustment. To delete a trip payment a trip, just go to the payment screen of the trip in question and click the Delete Payment button. LimoWiz will make the adjustment of the total due.
 

If an account over pays, LimoWiz will give you a chance to credit the account and change the Open Balance. You can also zero out the Open Balance when you close the Multi-Trip Payment window.

When you apply a payment, LimoWiz records a Transaction of the total check amount, plus a trip payment transaction for each trip processed.
 

To start a new transaction, just click on New Transaction button.

You can also pay several trips with one credit card. Just select the credit card, tag trips you want to pay and click process.
